Arrive!
12:00 – 4:00 p.m. - Rotate between field games & cabin activities.
4:00 – 4:30 p.m - Welcome & Introductions.
4:30 – 5:15 p.m - Big Group Games
5:15 p.m. - Flag Lowering / Dinner
6:00 p.m. - Dinner in the Dining Hall
7:00 p.m. - Get to know your cabin/ Cabin Rules / Cabin Activities
8:00 p.m. - Opening Campfire, Skits, and songs – snacks
9:00 – 10:00 p.m. - Review the weeks medical schedule for campers in your cabin.

7:30 - Flag Raising/Stretching/Moment of Reflection/Trotters report
8:00 - Breakfast
8:45 - Cabin & Shower Clean-Up/Staff Meeting/Scheduled prophy
9:30 – 11:30 - Instructional activities: Community Building
11:45 - Bell Rings/Gather at Flag Pole/Trotters Report
12:00 pm - Lunch - Afternoon activity announcements & Sign up
1:00-2:00 pm - Siesta!
2:15-3:30 pm - 1st Afternoon Activity
3:45-5:15 pm - 2nd Afternoon Activity
5:45 pm - Bell Rings/Gather at Flagpole/Flag lowering/Trotters report
6:00 pm - Supper
7:30 pm - Evening Activity (See Week Schedule for more daily details)
8:15 pm - Snack
9:15 pm - Return to cabins/Showers
10:00 pm - Start lights out for younger cabins
11:00 pm - All Camper Cabins Lights Out

6:30 a.m.-Wake Up - All bags must be
packed and labeled BEFORE
breakfast and brought to the main camp
